Quality Policy

United International Security & Investigative Services, Inc. is committed to a policy of continual improvement based on the foundation of our client (s) needs. We develop and implement controlled processes by defining responsibility to support our operation and monitoring of these processes. We comply with requirements of all states and country laws and continually improve our effectiveness. U.I.S.I.S.I. (company) team’s establish and communicate quality objectives and performance targets to company personnel.

We measure achievement against objectives, targets and take action as needed. We develop employee skills and increase their contribution through effective training. This quality policy is communicated to and understood by personnel within the company. It is periodically reviewed for continuing suitability to satisfy the needs of the company (U.I.S.I.S.I.), client (s) and partners (Stakeholders).

The Company’s aim (U.I.S.I.S.I.) is to ensure that all of its employees and job applicants are treated equally irrespective of disability, race, skin color, religion, nationality, ethnic, origin, age, sex, or marital status. This policy sets out instructions that all employees are required to follow in order to ensure that this is achieved. The company (U.I.S.I.S.I.) shall appoint, train, develop and promote on basis of merit and ability.

Employees have personal responsibility for the practical application of the company’s equal opportunity policy, which extend to the treatment of members of public and employees. Managers and supervisors who are involved in the recruitment, selection, promotion, and training of employees have special responsibility for the practical application of Company’s Equal Opportunity Policy.

The grievance procedure is available to any employee who believes that he or she may have unfairly been discriminated against. Disciplinary action under the disciplinary procedures shall be taken against any employee who is found to have committed an act of unlawful discrimination. Discriminatory conduct and sexual or racial harassment shall be regarded as gross misconduct as it may result to suspension and / or immediate termination.
